Job Description
We are seeking a full-time, on-site Legal Officer to oversee company legal matters, litigation, and court proceedings. The role involves drafting and reviewing contracts, notices, and legal documents; coordinating with external counsel, regulatory agencies, and courts; ensuring regulatory compliance; maintaining case files and court calendars; advising management on legal risks; and managing labor disputes.
- Oversee legal-related accounts: maintain case financial records, coordinate payments and budgets, verify invoices, and prepare expense summaries.
- Work collaboratively to minimize legal exposure and support business objectives.
Compensation: Rs40,00–Rs65,00 per month.
