Job Description
We are seeking a Medical Billing Team Lead to oversee billing operations, supervise staff, and drive revenue cycle optimization. The role includes ensuring accurate claim submission, managing denials, monitoring KPIs, training team members, and implementing process improvements in collaboration with clinical and finance teams.
- 3+ years of medical billing experience and at least 1 year of supervisory experience
- Thorough knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, EOBs, payer rules, and billing/EHR systems
- Excellent attention to detail, strong communication, and proven leadership abilities
