Job Description
We are seeking a Sales Manager to lead regional sales, business operations, and team development for Fresenius Medical Care. The role requires mentoring and guiding staff, driving business development and new projects, and ensuring achievement of individual and team targets.
- Conduct regular field and offsite visits and manage distributor relationships.
- Oversee contracts, supply chain, and regulatory compliance.
- Develop market intelligence and coordinate with technical services to resolve customer issues.
- Execute ad-hoc assignments as directed by management.
