Job Description
Hard Stone Enterprises is seeking a full-time, in-person Patient Support Representative to handle patient inquiries, complaints, order processing, modifications, and escalations across phone, email, and chat. The position operates U.S. hours (night shift: 7:00 PM–4:00 AM) and is based at our new office: Royal Plaza, Near the LDA Avenue Signal, Raiwind Road, Lahore.
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Availability for U.S. hours
