Job Description
Mindwhiz is seeking an on-site Customer Service and Sales Representative based in DHA Phase 8, Lahore (7:00 PM–4:00 AM). The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls with U.S. clients, resolving inquiries, promoting services, and accurately logging interactions in HubSpot or Salesforce. This full-time, in-person position focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences while meeting sales and service KPIs.
- Requirements: 1–2 years in customer support or call center environments, excellent spoken and written English, CRM experience, and a solutions-oriented, collaborative mindset.
