Job Description
We seek an experienced Architectural Estimator to produce accurate cost estimates, perform quantity takeoffs from drawings, and prepare competitive bids. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of architectural or construction estimating experience and strong proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, and estimating software. Responsibilities include reviewing plans and specifications, pricing scopes of work, preparing bid documents, and supporting project budgets and schedules. The role requires solid knowledge of materials and construction methods, excellent analytical ability, attention to detail, and effective communication with architects, subcontractors, and suppliers to meet strict deadlines.
