Job Description

We are seeking a results-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to generate and qualify leads, and to schedule meetings via outbound calls, email, and social outreach. Key duties include prospecting, qualifying inbound and outbound opportunities, maintaining accurate CRM records (Salesforce preferred), and partnering with marketing to optimize outreach campaigns. Candidates should demonstrate strong communication skills, a goal-driven mindset, basic CRM experience, and 0–2 years in sales or customer-facing roles. A bachelor’s degree is preferred.

• Compensation: base salary plus commission
