Job Description
Prism Consulting seeks a Territory Sales Officer to drive distributor-led primary and secondary sales to achieve monthly targets. The successful candidate will manage and strengthen distributor relationships, ensure product availability and visibility, monitor market execution through regular visits, and deliver timely reports under pressure.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 2–3 years field sales experience in a similar role; FMCG background required (detergents preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills; target-oriented.
- Ability to meet deadlines and perform market activities independently.
