Job Description
Trip Wizard Pvt Ltd is seeking an IT Assistant with 1–3 years of experience in travel‑tech or OTA environments. The role involves supporting OTA booking platforms, Amadeus GDS integrations, ticketing processes, payment gateway workflows, and transaction monitoring. Key duties include troubleshooting bookings and ticketing issues, coordinating with payment gateways (IPGs) on settlements and chargebacks, managing system access and configurations, and resolving technical incidents to ensure service continuity.
- Requirements: understanding of booking workflows, basic Amadeus GDS knowledge, familiarity with payment gateways, and strong problem‑solving and coordination skills.
- Employment: Full‑time, in person. Salary from Rs45,00 per month.
