Job Description
We are seeking an on-site Customer Sales Representative to join our BPO team supporting Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) verification campaigns. The role requires verifying MVA leads, confirming consent and eligibility, following approved scripts and compliance protocols, flagging invalid leads, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating with QA to meet verification targets.
- Requirements: 6–12 months BPO verification experience and hands-on MVA campaign exposure
- Excellent spoken English, strong understanding of compliance and call quality
- Punctual, target-driven, and able to work full time
