We seek a professional Upwork Bidder to identify and win freelance projects on Upwork. Responsibilities include researching relevant job postings, crafting tailored proposals and cover letters, tracking bids, and maintaining professional client communication.
- Requirements: proven Upwork experience, excellent written English, attention to detail, and the ability to meet weekly bid targets.
- Familiarity with client screening, proposal templates, and basic negotiation is a plus.
This remote role requires reliability, strong time management, and a results-driven mindset. Training is provided. Compensation (commission or hourly) will be discussed during the interview.
