Job Description
Brickclay seeks a results-oriented Business Development Associate to win Upwork projects and generate leads via LinkedIn and email. Responsibilities include daily Upwork bidding with customized proposals, targeted LinkedIn outreach and follow-ups, managing cold and warm email campaigns, maintaining a steady sales pipeline, tracking leads and conversions, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate, compelling pitches.
Qualifications: proven lead-generation success, strong Upwork bidding experience, excellent written English, hands-on LinkedIn outreach skills, and basic email marketing and funnel knowledge. This is a full-time, on-site position.
Compensation: Rs60,00–Rs70,00 per month.
