Job Description

We seek a dedicated Taxi Dispatcher to coordinate ride requests, assign drivers, and ensure punctual, efficient transportation. Duties include monitoring driver status and vehicle locations via GPS, communicating pick-ups and schedule changes, addressing customer inquiries and emergencies, and maintaining accurate logs.

• Requirements: bachelor’s degree or equivalent, strong English communication, ability to multitask under pressure, basic computer/GPS skills, knowledge of U.S. routes and landmarks, and flexibility for nights and weekends.
• Experience in dispatch or customer service preferred.
• Work: five days per week with three remote days; office/dispatch center in a fast-paced environment.
