Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Manufacturing Cost Controller to strengthen financial oversight of production operations. The role involves analyzing production costs, investigating variances, valuing inventory, and preparing monthly reports, forecasts, and budgets. You will design KPIs and dashboards to drive cost reduction and improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with production, supply chain, and finance to resolve variances, maintain standard costing, and recommend process improvements.
- Leverage ERP systems, advanced Excel, and data visualization tools to deliver accurate, timely reporting.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field; minimum 2 years’ experience in manufacturing controlling or cost accounting; strong analytical and communication skills.
