Job Description
Biz Outsource Pvt Ltd, a Pakistan-based travel agency, seeks a full-time, in-person Customer Service Representative to deliver professional support to clients and manage travel-related bookings.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins.
- Assist with airline ticketing, changes, cancellations, and refunds; provide details on tour packages, hotel bookings, and visa services.
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and vendors; maintain accurate booking records.
- Flexible to work varied hours as required.
Requirements: intermediate education (Bachelor’s in Travel & Tourism preferred), strong English and Urdu communication, basic MS Office skills, customer-service aptitude. Prior travel agency or ticketing experience and visa knowledge are advantageous. Salary Rs30,00–40,00/month plus performance incentives, with training and growth opportunities.
