Job Description
We seek a Senior Client Success Coordinator to lead client onboarding, secure retention, and serve as the principal liaison between clients and internal teams. You will maintain CRM records, track success metrics, manage escalations, deliver client training, and coordinate cross-functional initiatives to drive adoption and satisfaction.
- Requirements: 3+ years in client success or account management
- Skills: excellent communication, strong problem-solving, CRM and reporting experience
- Attributes: proactive, customer-focused, able to translate client needs into actionable plans
