Job Description
Bali 4 is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative for our ACA campaign in Rawalpindi/Islamabad. This is a night shift position (7:00 PM–5:00 AM).
Responsibilities: make outbound calls to verify and update customer information, follow call scripts, record accurate data, and provide professional, customer-focused service.
- Requirements: 2–6 months ACA or call center experience, strong spoken and written English, basic computer skills, excellent listening and persuasion abilities, age 18+, and availability for night shifts.
