Job Description
Firm Tech Services seeks professional chat support agents for in-person, full-time roles at Gulberg 2, Lahore. Experience preferred.
- Shifts: Morning 8:00 AM–4:00 PM, Evening 4:00 PM–12:00 AM, Night 12:00 AM–8:00 AM.
- Responsibilities: promptly and accurately respond to customer inquiries, identify customer needs and guide feature usage, and monitor social media complaints while coordinating with relevant departments.
- Compensation: Rs35,00–Rs45,00 per month.
