Job Description
We are seeking a professional Customer Support Representative to respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. The successful candidate will resolve issues, provide clear product information, and deliver courteous, efficient support.
- Troubleshoot basic technical problems and document case details.
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams and follow up to resolution.
- Maintain timely communication and uphold high service standards.
Strong verbal and written communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills are required. Prior customer service experience and familiarity with CRM tools are advantageous.
