Job Description
HRPSP, your strategic HR partner, seeks a full-time, in-person Volunteer Activities Coordinator based in Islamabad to oversee volunteer operations and citizen-facing services. The Coordinator will organize and assign volunteer tasks, manage schedules and attendance records, coordinate trainings and events, monitor volunteer performance, and provide daily reports to management.
Qualifications and skills:
- Bachelor’s degree from an HEC-recognized institution
- Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational abilities
- Professional appearance and confident public-facing demeanor
- Ability to engage citizens courteously and empathetically
