Job Description
We are seeking a professional Remote Telesales Advisor to handle inbound calls on 10-hour rotational shifts. You will assess customer needs, recommend tire options, close sales, arrange mobile fitting appointments, update the CRM, and liaise with field technicians. Performance targets include upsells and meeting sales metrics. Full product and process training will be provided.
- Experience in telesales or retail
- Fluent English with strong closing and upselling skills
- Reliable broadband and ability to work independently
- Compensation: Rs75,00–Rs80,00/month plus commission and sales bonuses
