Job Description
Mason1 seeks a full-time, onsite Female Lead Generation Executive to drive residential and commercial solar sales in Bahria Town Phase 4, Civic Center (Rawalpindi).
- Conduct outbound calls, clearly present Mason1 solar solutions, book consultations, maintain follow-ups and call records, and address basic customer inquiries.
- Minimum: basic computer literacy; Bachelor’s degree and strong communication skills preferred. Prior lead generation or customer service experience is a plus.
- Compensation: Rs40,00–45,00/month with market-competitive salary, target-based incentives, annual bonuses, and travel allowance for female staff after probation. Reliable commute to Rawalpindi or willingness to relocate (employer-assisted) preferred.
