Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory & Office Operations Coordinator to oversee inventory, office assets, and store operations. Key responsibilities include maintaining tagged asset records, processing Goods Receipt Notes, managing check-in/check-out procedures, monitoring stock levels, performing counts and reconciliations, coordinating vendors, and supporting procurement.

• Qualifications: BA in Business, Commerce, or Supply Chain; 1–2 years’ experience in administration, inventory, or procurement; strong Excel and Google Sheets skills; familiarity with basic inventory systems; excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication.
