Job Description
Gourmet Foods is seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to lead territory sales, expand revenue, and manage distributors and key accounts. The role directs field teams to execute trade promotions, perform market research and analysis, and coach regional sales staff to achieve targets.
- Lead and motivate territory sales teams
- Develop and implement sales strategies to grow revenue
- Manage distributors and key account relationships
- Oversee promotions, market intelligence, and sales coaching
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; 6–8 years’ experience in the sugar industry or FMCG; strong territory management and sales process skills. Full-time, in-person position.
