Job Description
Slash International is hiring permanent Customer Support Executives for a UK-based, non-sales campaign. Candidates will handle inbound calls, manage bookings, and resolve customer queries. This full-time role offers a fixed salary of Rs.35,00–40,00, paid overtime, an annual Rs.12,00 increment, rapid advancement opportunities, and one-month paid training.
- Shifts: Morning 7AM–4PM; Afternoon 12PM–9PM; Evening 5PM–2AM; Night 12AM–9AM
- Requirements: fluent English, confident communicator; call-handling experience preferred; intermediate education (graduates preferred); freshers welcome
- Location: Naqvi Naqsh, Stadium Rd, Chandni Chowk (New Town), Karachi — commute from Gulshan-e-Iqbal preferred
