Job Description
We are seeking a Market Development Executive in Multan to drive pharmaceutical sales and territory growth. The ideal candidate holds a Pharm‑D, BBA, or related degree; 2+ years in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales is preferred, though fresh graduates will be considered. Candidates must demonstrate strong product knowledge, excellent communication, Microsoft Office proficiency, self-motivation, resilience, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel.
- Develop and execute territory plans; identify and convert business opportunities
- Engage healthcare professionals, institutions, and distributors; perform product detailing
- Grow accounts, report market intelligence, support brand activities, and ensure compliance
- Full-time, on-site. Salary: Rs40,00–Rs45,00/month
