Job Description
We are seeking a Rider Retention Specialist to boost active rider engagement and reduce churn by designing retention programs, incentives, and targeted communications. The role requires analyzing rider behavior and KPIs, running A/B tests, managing feedback and disputes, and coordinating with operations and marketing to improve the rider experience.
- Requirements: 1–2 years in customer success or operations; strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis (Excel; SQL a plus) and comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with ride-hailing or gig platforms preferred.
