Job Description

We are seeking a professional Customer Service Representative for the night shift to assist customers via phone, email, and chat. Responsibilities include troubleshooting account issues, processing orders and returns, escalating complex problems, and accurately documenting interactions in our CRM.

• Strong English communication, patience, and problem-solving skills required
• Night availability (typically 10:00 PM–6:00 AM); rotating schedules preferred
• Previous customer service experience and basic computer proficiency are a plus
