Job Description
Premier DLC Pvt Ltd seeks a Training Co‑Facilitator for Mathematics. Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in Education, Training and Development, or a related field, and possess an international education certification. A minimum of five years’ experience in training and development with demonstrated success designing and delivering effective workshops is required.
Responsibilities include supporting the Lead Trainer in in‑person mathematics workshops according to the approved schedule and methodology; demonstrating AI tools and contemporary instructional strategies through guided simulations and hands‑on activities; assisting with classroom observation, mentoring, follow‑up coaching, and documentation of feedback; and contributing to training evaluation and continuous improvement.
Contract, in‑person position. Compensation: Rs 5,00 per day.
