Job Description
Techsol IT seeks 20 full-time Customer Service Sales Representatives / International Sales Agents for a night shift beginning at 12:00 AM. Compensation: base PKR 75,00 plus commission (average take-home ≈ PKR 90,00). Primary duties include making outbound cold calls to international clients, pitching IT services, qualifying leads, recording CRM entries, meeting KPIs, managing objections, and closing sales. Work location: on the road.
Requirements:
- Fluent English (neutral/near-native)
- Minimum 6 months cold-calling or sales experience
- Strong communication, persuasion, punctuality, teamwork, and goal orientation
- Resilience to rejection; CRM experience is a plus
