Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to oversee the Request for Quotations (RFQ) process. The role entails preparing and issuing RFQs, soliciting and evaluating supplier bids, negotiating terms, ensuring adherence to procurement policies, coordinating with internal stakeholders, and maintaining accurate procurement records.
Qualifications include experience in procurement or supply chain, strong negotiation and communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to meet strict deadlines. The successful candidate will demonstrate sound judgment, integrity, and a collaborative approach.
