Job Description

Abacus Outsourcing seeks Customer Service Executives to provide courteous, efficient support via phone, email, and chat. You will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, document interactions, and collaborate with internal teams to enhance service quality. This full-time, in-person role requires a customer-first mindset and strong verbal and written communication skills. Willingness to work US rotational shifts is essential. Prior customer support experience is preferred but not required; entry-level applicants are welcome.
