Job Description

We are seeking a Permit and License Specialist responsible for managing U.S. federal, state, and local tax compliance. The role includes preparing individual (Form 1040) and business returns (Forms 1120, 1120-S, 1065), administering tax deposits, reviewing credits and deductions, and ensuring permits and licenses meet regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree and 3–4 years of U.S. tax experience
• Proficiency with ERP systems and advanced Excel
• Strong document-management skills, excellent English communication
• Ability to multitask and demonstrate leadership
