Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Manager, Global Analytics to lead a cross-functional analytics organization and drive data-informed decisions across markets. You will define analytics strategy, manage and mentor international analysts, design advanced models and dashboards, and partner with product, marketing, and finance to convert insights into measurable business outcomes. This role reports to the Head of Insights and offers the opportunity to shape global growth.
- Requirements: 8+ years in analytics, experience leading international teams
- Technical: strong SQL, Python or R, BI tools (Tableau/Looker), statistical modeling
- Skills: excellent communication, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking; MBA or advanced degree preferred
