Job Description
Grand Royal Banquet Hall in Muridke seeks a full-time, in-person Event Supervisor to oversee on-site execution of weddings (Mehndi, Barat, Walima, Nikah) and corporate events. You will manage waitstaff, cleaners, decor, sound, lighting, catering, and maintenance; enforce timelines, seating plans, and service standards; prepare the hall before events and ensure proper closure. Resolve guest and client issues promptly and report daily to the Banquet Hall Manager.
- Requirements: practical banquet/marquee experience, strong staff-management and problem-solving skills
- Availability for late nights and weekends; must reside near Muridke
