Job Description
Mars BPO seeks a proactive Call Center Operator to manage inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with product and service inquiries, resolve issues, and support sales and lead-generation efforts. Suitable for fresh graduates and experienced agents.
- Requirements: Intermediate education (Bachelor’s preferred), strong English and local language communication, customer-oriented, basic MS Office, and target-driven.
- Shift: 6:30 PM–5:00 AM. Location: In-person at 2nd Floor, Shafi Court, Club Road, Merewether Rd, near Avari Towers, Civil Lines, Karachi.
- Compensation: Rs35,00–45,00/month plus performance incentives; training, career development, and recognition provided.
