Job Description
HR Blend seeks a Sales Lead to convert conversations into measurable conversions via Discord, overseeing international campaigns. This in-person role is based in North Nazimabad, Block F, Karachi, with a 7:00 PM–2:00 AM shift. Communication is chat-only—no cold calling or door-to-door activity.
- Responsibilities: engage clients, manage multiple chat threads, and drive performance metrics.
