Job Description
Gulmohar City invites motivated, target-driven Female Sales Executives for a full-time, in-person role in Karachi. Key responsibilities include high-volume outbound calling (70+ connected calls/day), lead follow-up, presenting project details, explaining pricing and payment plans, converting inquiries into site visits and bookings, and maintaining accurate call and lead records to meet daily and monthly KPIs.
- Education: Intermediate or Bachelor’s preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in real estate sales; telesales/call center experience is a plus.
- Skills: Strong communication and negotiation, discipline, and ability to excel in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Compensation: Competitive basic salary, attractive commission structure, performance-based incentives; Rs70,00–Rs100,00/month.
