Job Description
Centrum Group of Companies seeks female Customer Support Executives for our US campaign, on-site in F-7, Islamabad. Shift: 7:00 PM–2:00 AM. Salary: PKR 45,00–60,00/month (based on experience). This full-time role involves handling inbound US customer inquiries, making outbound follow-ups, providing accurate information, resolving issues, and maintaining detailed interaction records while delivering professional service.
- Requirements: female applicants only; strong English communication and confident phone skills;
- Ability to work evening/night shifts; call center or customer support experience preferred;
