Job Description
Globe Call Centre (SMC-PRIVATE) Ltd is seeking experienced cab dispatchers with a minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in the field. Your key responsibilities will include coordinating and dispatching cabs efficiently, monitoring schedules, and ensuring timely pick-ups and drop-offs. You will be the point of contact for drivers and customers, maintaining accurate records and handling inquiries professionally.
The ideal candidate should have proven experience as a dispatcher, knowledge of GPS systems, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
