Job Description

Digaptics is seeking a confident, target-driven Cold Caller / Sales Executive who can connect with potential clients, pitch our services professionally, and convert calls into successful sales opportunities. If you have strong communication skills and enjoy engaging people over the phone, this role is the perfect fit

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients from the provided leads/lists.
• Introduce Digaptics’ services such as web development, mobile apps, design, animation, and branding and deliver a clear and compelling sales pitch.
• Understand client needs and guide them toward the most suitable service packages.
• Convert calls into qualified leads or confirmed sales through persuasive and professional communication.
• Maintain accurate call logs, lead statuses, and sales records using CRM tools.
• Follow up with warm or previously contacted leads to maximize conversion rates.

Requirements

• Proven experience in cold calling or telesales.
• Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle objections confidently while maintaining professionalism.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of meeting sales targets.
• Familiarity with telemarketing systems, auto-dialers, or CRM tools.
