Job Description
Position: Customer Care Executive
Education: Bachelor’s Degree
Experience: 1 to 2 years as a Customer Service Representative in a Call Center
Age Limit: 18 – 35 years
Fluency: Candidates must be fluent in English.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle and respond to customer calls.
- Provide online support for services.
- Verify billing addresses and manage service requests.
- Enhance product sales to contribute to revenue.
- Keep records of faults and create CRM reports.
Salary: Rs 32,00 – Rs 45,00/month + up to Rs 15,00 incentives
