Job Description
Outreach is seeking a motivated, customer-service oriented IT Support Specialist to join our IT Service Desk team. In this role, you will provide world-class IT support and resolve customer issues effectively. Your daily responsibilities will include responding to service desk tickets, troubleshooting various hardware and software problems, and assisting with service desk projects.
We envision you having 1-3 years of Service Desk experience, excellent customer service skills, and a solid background in managing macOS, Windows, and Linux environments. Familiarity with G-Suite, Zoom, and MS Office is essential, along with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
