Job Description
Job Overview: Alba Trucking Services is seeking experienced sales agents, customer sales specialists, and call center agents for our Truck Dispatching team.
We are looking for dynamic Tele Sales specialists to engage potential customers over the phone, promoting our truck dispatch services, MC leasing, and rental trailers.
Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls, deliver persuasive sales pitches, maintain records using Salesforce, exceed sales targets, and effectively communicate in English and Spanish.
Requirements: Proficiency in English, telemarketing experience, familiarity with CRM software, excellent communication skills, and strong negotiation abilities.
