Job Description
JAZAC City, a project of JAZAC Group, is seeking a motivated individual to fill the position of MTO – HR. We offer a positive work environment with promising opportunities for growth and advancement.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Maintain employee records and benefits administration.
- Support recruitment processes, including interviews and candidate selection.
- Assist new hires in their onboarding process.
- Resolve conflicts and promote a positive workplace culture.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field; 1-2 years of HR experience; strong MS Office skills; familiarity with HRMS Payroll Software.
