Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare expense vouchers for the ESS Department.
- Generate and keep records of bills for PTCL and other customers.
- Supervise and verify stock issuance, consumption, and return vouchers.
- Maintain complete documentation for PTCL.
- Verify customer bills and GRNs.
- Record departmental expenses and assist with audits.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree preferred (MBA/BBA/MCOM/BCOM).
- 1-2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong organization and communication skills.
