Job Description
Optimum Advisory is actively seeking an energetic and self-motivated Senior Sales Manager to join our After Sales team. This role focuses on spares sales, annual maintenance contracts, O&M, and turnkey projects for Diesel Gensets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee genset operations from order confirmation to full functionality.
- Encourage customers to enter operational maintenance contracts.
- Lead a diverse team of over 30 regional members.
- Ensure inventory availability to meet commitments.
- Address emergency issues promptly for 24-hour backup.
- Maintain effective vendor relationships.
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
Requirements: B2B experience of 3-5 years, strong Excel skills, and excellent communication abilities.
Salary Range: $150k to $200k based on experience.
