Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze daily and monthly F&B costs.
- Document and account for all inventory movements.
- Cost recipes and items consumed by hotel staff.
- Correct data entered by Materials Management.
- Prepare various cost reports for Management.
- Audit Materials Management procedures.
- Travel to restaurants in Islamabad for wastage reports.
