Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Collection & Recovery Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting clients to collect outstanding debts and negotiate payment plans. You will maintain accurate records of interactions and work closely with other departments to ensure timely collections.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving abilities. Previous experience in collections or a related field is preferred.
