Job Description
MicroMerger (Pvt.) Ltd is looking for dedicated People Experience Executives to enhance our workplace. In this role, you will handle HR and Operations tasks, focusing on improving the employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage HR and Operations functions
- Coordinate talent acquisition and management
- Handle employee relations
- Lead onboarding processes
- Organize events and maintain documentation
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in HR/Admin Ops.
Salary: Rs50,00.00 – Rs60,00.00 per month. Full-time position.
